Decorate the paper plate with glitter paper.

Cut an alien out of green paper and paste.

Glue an empty plastic container over the alien.

Glue the two pieces of paper plates together.

We had a ‘Project UFO’ in the studio last Saturday.

And the kids loved it. These are some of their UFOs 😀

Remember the video I shared on how to cut letters out of paper here ? Well, we are going to make use of our new found skill and make learning the alphabets so much FUN!

From today onwards we are going to make random alphabet craft projects. We are going to start with the letter D. We are going to make a Dino teaching aid 😀

D for Dinosaur 🙂

Cut out a D and outline it on a brown foam or any color of your choice.

That letter D will be the prominent feature in this craft

Using other colors except brown, cut out body parts from craft foams.

I refrain from using brown again as we need the letter D to stand out.

Glue onto the letter D

Cut out shapes for decorative purposes and glue onto the dinosaur

The Dinosaur is done 😀

Corrugated fiberboard is a paper-based material consisting of a fluted corrugated sheet and one or two flat linerboards.

Corrugated fiberboard paper comes in two forms, lined and unlined. For art and craft purposes, lined corrugated paper is usually used. Lined corrugated paper is rigid layered paper that encloses a fluted layer between one or two smooth “liner” layers. The fluted layer provides added strength. Paper we know as cardboard is actually lined corrugated paper. Unlined corrugated paper consists of the fluted layer only and is flexible.

Corrugated paper products are lightweight, versatile and durable.
