It’s been sometime since we last did a footprint art. Today, inspired by Handprint and Footprint Arts, let’s do a footprint bee πŸ™‚

Footprint Bee

Paint your foot yellow. Unlike when he was younger, my boy finds it rather ticklish these days πŸ˜€

Stamp your painted foot onto a piece of paper.

Help your little one paint three black lines across the footprint.

Paint your finger tip white.

Print your fingertip on the bee as the eyes.

The almost completed footprint bee.

Help the little one paint the eye balls, wings and all and the bee is done πŸ˜€

Remember the fingerprint bees we did not too long ago?Β  Well, let’s develop it a little bit more and create a garden with butterflies and flowers.

You may add in some flowers, leaves and the bees too.

Once it is all dried up, you will need to help the little ones decorate their garden a little bit using markers.

What to do on a bored rainy day? Get your water paint out and let’s start finger printing!
First I let him do some ‘practise’ on a piece of paper.
Upon reaching the ‘pro‘ level, I let him do the finger printing on a new piece of paper! πŸ˜€
There! After the paint has dried up, I help him draw some stripes and wings and his finger prints are now Buzzing Busy Bees!
