Let’s learn basic shapes today and along the way make a dump truck out of it 😀

Dump truck

I cut several basic shapes such as rectangle, square and circle. We also shredded some crepe paper.

Use a glue stick to stick the shapes

Paste the shapes onto an art block

Spread some glue on the top part of the dump truck

Stick the confetti (shredded crepe paper) on and you are done 😀

A Crafty-Crafted Friend's submission of refreshing fresh fruit skewers.

Craft submitted by Anney of http://blogniako.blogspot.com/

Anney was planning to arrange the fruit skewers into a terracotta pot but she saw this picket fence planter box and thought it was cute.

She used a floral foam for the base and embellished the planter box with vines and a ladybug.

She used cookie cutters to cut out the shapes.

Pretty.. just too pretty. Use lots of heart shapes for this coming Valentine's Day 🙂

Thank you Anney for sharing this food craft with us. You too can share your craft with us by simply submitting them here and we’ll link it back to you 🙂

If you are a crafter, it is important to know how to get certain shapes right. Here I would like to share how to fold and cut the perfect star.
Fold once.
Fold again.
Unfold.

Fold the corner to the line in the middle.
Fold the tip down.
Fold vertically.
Cut along the line. Open and you get yourself a beautiful star!
