PVA glue can also be used to make varnish, which will help protect the surface of many of your projects. A shiny, varnished effect looks really professional. Mix the glue with one third the amount of water. The varnish will look a bit white when you paint it on, but when it dries it will be clear.
Merryn, I think this would easily washed off if kena water. I’m actually considering of making a customise mug for my hubby’s birthday, wonder is there any other vanish would keep the paints stain and water resistant? Any suggestion?:)
Have a nice day to you! Thanks in advance!^-^
Alice,
Definitely not PVA glue for the mug. Maybe you can get the spray on type?
Cheers
