We can actually use basically anything to make a Christmas tree ornament. It need not be expensive. Here’s a simple idea of making a Christmas tree using pipe cleaner.

Pipe cleaner Christmas tree ornament

Get a green or white {or any colour as you wish} pipe cleaner. My boy finds it ticklish handling it for the very first time. π

Bend it to form the shape of a Christmas tree.

Decorate it as you wish. Tie a thread at the very top and add a star to complete it.

If you love this and want to try doing it, do share your version of the Christmas tree with us by submitting your tree here. We learn and we share. π

The demo will be on the 28 Nov (Saturday). π
So creative, very nice, what pipe cleaner you used eh?
Mummy Moon,
It is called pipe cleaner, but we don’t use it to clean pipes. π You can get them from any craft shop. π
I only got white pipe cleaners…guess i have to paint it green.
Kelvin,
Don’t. Guess what. I did several using white pipe cleaners and they look great against a green Christmas tree! π
That’s a neat use of that pipe cleaner! no need for colors, it’s green already! brilliant idea mummy!
Thanx Ayie.
I used white pipe cleaners too and they turned out great! π
