Accordion fold red packet butterfly

Cut the red packet as you'll need only a side and not both.

Fold it accordion style. You'll need to do two of this.

Pinch the middle and cut it into two different sizes.

Staple in the middle to secure it.

Spread the wings and your butterfly is done. Use a double sided tape to secure it onto your window panes or wall

Kids just love to play with paint. Give them a brush and paint and just see them go.. Sometimes, with a little guide, we can help them create something nice. Here, we created a footprint butterfly.

Footprint butterfly.

Paint your foot to any colour you wish your butterfly to be. It may be ticklish to some..

Print your foot on a piece of paper.

Paint another foot and print it next to the initial print.

The wings are done.

Paint your finger with any colour to decorate the wings.

Just dot around the wings for added colour.

Remember the fingerprint bees we did not too long ago? Well, let’s develop it a little bit more and create a garden with butterflies and flowers.

Beautiful colourful fingerprint butterfly.

Paint your thumb with the colours of your choice.

Print it onto a paper as the butterfly's wings.

You may add in some flowers, leaves and the bees too.

Once it is all dried up, you will need to help the little ones decorate their garden a little bit using markers.

A beautiful fingerprint garden with butterflies, flowers and bees!
